What delivery options do you offer?

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12:30pm are despatched the same day (Monday - Friday) and delivery times are dependent on our delivery partners in your local area.

Orders placed during a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day, this also applies to Next Day orders.

Dispatch confirmation are sent by email as soon as your order has been packed and despatched.

We know how important parties and other events are and recommend that you get in touch with us if you have an essential deadline for delivery and we will do our very best to ensure your order reaches you in time.

What is your refund policy?

If you’d like to return an item from your order you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded and the cost and responsibility of returning any items is down to the customer, we would recommend using a tracked service (some exceptions do apply).

No liability can be accepted by Paper Dreams for the return of goods damaged or lost in transport.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
