Last delivery dates for Christmas

Make sure your presents arrive for Christmas by ordering by the below dates: 

Europe & China deliveries: 16 December, 6pm 
Rest of the world deliveries: 17 December, 6pm
UK standard deliveries: 19 December, 6pm
UK express deliveries: 20 December, 2pm

Times above are in British GMT time. Please note that personalised items take a little longer, so should be ordered in advance. 

UK Services

Standard - Royal Mail (2-3 Days) £3.50 or free on orders over £35

Express – Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working day for orders placed before 2pm, Monday – Thursday, orders received after 2pm Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Orders received after 2pm Friday and all Saturday & Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery). £7.50

Orders placed before 12:30pm are despatched the same day (Monday - Friday) and delivery times are dependent on our delivery partners in your local area.

Orders placed during a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day, this also applies to Next Day orders.

We know how important parties and other events are and recommend that you get in touch with us if you have an essential deadline for delivery and we will do our very best to ensure your order reaches you in time.

We ship worldwide

Standard European Royal Mail Standard International Delivery, (7- 10 Days). Only trackable until the parcel leaves the UK. £15

Standard International - Royal Mail Standard International Delivery, (7- 10 Days). Only trackable until the parcel leaves the UK. £20

Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. Any applicable duties, fees or additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.



If you’d like to return an item from your order you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded and the cost and responsibility of returning any items is down to the customer, we would recommend using a tracked service (some exceptions do apply).
